NPFH
Students have begun signing the Resolution of Respect as part of our No Place for Hate Membership. The No Place for Hate cadre would like to share our commitment with the hope that each household can join in our strive for a more respectful world.
- I will seek to gain understanding of those who are different from me
- I will speak out against prejudice and discrimination
- I will reach out to support those who are targets of hate
- I will promote respect for people and help foster a prejudice-free school
- I believe that one person can make a difference-no person can be an “innocent” bystander when it comes to opposing hate
- I recognize that respecting individual dignity and promoting inter group harmony are the responsibilities of all students
Thanks for your support!
Attention 8th Grade Parents:
Thank you for the overwhelming response to the Yearbook Staff's request for baby ads to remember and honor your students. We are thrilled with your response but regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to take any more baby ads because we have no more space in our yearbook for any more ads.
Mr. Atherton and Mrs. Svigel
Newton Co-Yearbook Advisers
Enjoy your weekend. Five days to winter break.
