Good Afternoon Parents and Guardians:

Congratulations to Amy Rahne
Amy has served as our assistant principal here at Newton Middle School for the past six years and has done an outstanding job. Last week Amy accepted the principal position at Coyote Creek in Douglas County. Amy will begin her new position in Douglas County this fall. Please congratulate Amy and wish her well. We are very proud of her and appreciate all that she has done for Newton the past six years! Coyote Creek is fortunate to have her as their new principal.

With that being said, the assistant principal position has been posted and will close on March 16th. We will interview and have this position hired for the fall sometime around spring break. If you know anyone that is qualified and interested please have them look at the job posting on the Littleton Public Schools website.

CMAS Information:
Please see the attached letter and opt out form for our annual CMAS testing that will begin in April. If you are choosing to opt your student out of testing you will need to download the attached letter, complete the form, sign and return to me. We will finalize our CMAS testing schedule and post on our website by the end of next week.

We are in need of volunteers to assist us during CMAS week. Please click on the following links for volunteer opportunities and sign up sheets.
