 Good Morning Parents and Guardians:

We have had a few students/parents send emails to teachers regarding a request to go 100% virtual instruction at Newton. I need to remind you that we are currently in a hybrid model of instruction at Newton that we have been providing since August. For the time being that is our model of instruction until something else changes. We are not able to provide total virtual instruction at Newton at this time. If you are interested in the virtual model of instruction the district does provide this through the TOPS program.

If you are interested in total, virtual learning you will need to notify me and also contact Nathan Frasier to make the request. Nathan is the administrator in charge of the TOPS program at the district level. His contact information is:

For absences please follow the instructions below:

1. Leave a message on our attendance line 303-347-7905 FOR ALL ABSENCES (illness, routine doctor appointments, etc.).

2. In addition, complete this brief form if your child will not be at school due to ILLNESS ONLY. 

​Once we have been notified of a student absence we will take care of everything else from there. Our teachers will notify students of any information they need to make up the absence or be involved in learning at Newton.
