Yearbooks for All Students

I want to remind everyone that I have purchased a yearbook for all students this year as this is the last year for us to be in this building. All students will receive a yearbook free of charge.

Last Week of School Schedule

Here is the schedule for the last week of school. Unfortunately we will not be able to have parents attend any of our recognition/awards ceremonies this year, this includes eighth grade continuation. We will record the continuation ceremony and share with eighth graders in their Google Classroom.

If eighth grade students are not in attendance for the Wednesday continuation rehearsal they will not be allowed to participate in continuation on Thursday morning. This includes all TOP’s students.

Students need to bring their Chrome books in on Monday and Tuesday for return. Students all need to return any library books by Monday the 17th. 

Monday 5/17:

• ODD DAY, Normal Schedule, Chromebook Return

Tuesday 5/18:

• EVEN DAY, Normal Schedule, Chromebook Return

Wednesday 5/19:

• EVEN DAY, eighth grade continuation rehearsal at 10:00 am, all eighth graders will receive a yearbook and will have time for yearbook signing in the afternoon.

Thursday 5/20:

• ODD DAY, Normal Schedule, eighth grade continuation at 9:00 am, eighth graders will need to be here at 8:30 am to line up in the west hallway. Eighth graders are dismissed for the summer if parents choose to sign them out after the ceremony and pick them up or allow them to walk home as per a regular school day. All sixth and seventh graders receive their yearbooks at lunch and have time for yearbook signing in the afternoon.

Friday 5/21:

• EVEN DAY, seventh grade awards ceremony, sixth grade awards ceremony, BBQ for all sixth and seventh graders, early release at 1:30 pm. Eighth graders are dismissed for the summer on 5/20 and need not attend on 5/21.
