Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians:

I want to remind everyone about how our administrative team operates. We have three administrators here at Newton Middle School. I am the principal of the building and I oversee the entire operation of the building. I also supervise and directly work with the 8th graders and the 8th grade teachers. This includes: scheduling, discipline, professional development with staff, teachers concerns etc.

I also have two asst. principals, Mrs. Rahne and Mr. Wyckhuyse. Mrs. Rahne supervises and primarily works with the sixth graders and the sixth grade staff and Mr. Wyckhuyse primarily works with the seventh graders and the seventh grade staff.

If you have a concern or need to contact an administrator, please begin with the grade level administrator that is assigned to the grade your child is in. This is extremely helpful to me. Parents tend to contact me regarding all students and I just don't have the time to work with all grade levels. Once that is done and the issue continues then please feel free to contact me. However, I have great confidence in Mrs. Rahne and Mr. Wyckhuyse and they can solve a majority of issues that are brought to their attention.

I also want to remind you to please go to our website and check the information from PTO regarding the Brighter Future Pledge Drive. This money is important to PTO in order for them to continue supporting the school. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the school this year. As of our PTO meeting yesterday we have raised approximately $7,000. Thank you for your continued support.
