Good Morning Parents and Guardians:
I hope all of our students and their families had an enjoyable spring break. I am including some important information for this week regarding CMAS testing and other scheduled events.
Our CMAS testing will begin tomorrow, April 4th. I am including a link to our testing schedule. Our schedule is also located on our website if you have difficulty accessing the link. In addition to the schedule I have sent out a summary of the testing schedule in my previous weekly updates which are located on our website under my personal tab.
I have sent the opt out form via my e-mails on two separate occasions in March. This form is available on our website and on the district website. If you are considering opting your student out of the testing I need this form signed and returned to me by 7:45 am tomorrow, April 4th.
Students who are opted out of the testing will again be sent to the library during any testing sessions. Students will be able to work on any classroom work or read.
Nutrition Services has a fun promotion coming up on Friday, April 7th. We will be celebrating Rockies opening day with a festive ball park menu. Additionally, every student who purchase a lunch on April 7th will be entered into a drawing to win a set of tickets to a Rockies game. I've attached the promotional flyer for the event on Friday.
