Good Afternoon Parents and Guardians:

Run With The Knights our two mile fun run/walk is fast approaching, the date for this years event is on Tuesday May 23rd. We still have opportunities for more gift cards to give to the kids as prizes after their race (we need 10 gift cards that can be anything that you would like and for whatever amount you would like to make it for, something you would think is fun for the students).

We also are in need of more race Marshall's.  We need 8 race Marshall's for 6th grade 1 for 7th grade and 7 for 8th grade. END OF YEAR FIELD TRIP FORMS

• 7th & 8th Grade  - forms were distributed on April 13th and are due back to their 5th period teachers by 3:00 on April 25th
• 6th grade  - forms will be distributed on April 25th and are due back by April 28th

2017 Shred-a-thon on Saturday, April 29th

Newton Middle School is partnering with Arapahoe Credit Union. to provide the county with free shred-a-thon and electronics recycling!

Feel free to bring any documents for ON-SITE destruction (watch it happen!). Bring old bank statements, check registers, receipts and anything else with personal information on it. Additionally, feel free to bring your small electronics and we will get those recycled as well! (Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept ANY box/ tube/rear projection screens. We also are unable to offer electronic data destruction.)

Shredding Services are Free

Colorado Vault and Safe Deposit Box CO. and Arapahoe CU are covering all expenses for this event. However, we will also be taking donations to help out local school programs. Anything you want to donate will go directly to extra-curricular student activities at Newton Middle School.
