Information From Nutritional Services:

  1. We are struggling to get products in.  This is a national issue and conversations are being had at a national level, unfortunately that does not help us where we are at day to day.  Product shortages are due to lack of employees, lack of drivers, and shutting down production due to outbreaks within plants.

  2. Due to product shortages, we will be modifying our menus starting on Monday, September 20th.

  3. We may still have menu changes based on what products we are able to bring in.  These will be handled on a site by site basis based on what products a school currently has.

  4. Dairy has seen a large increase in demand and we are feeling the effect of this.  Today, many of our schools did not receive any milk products due to product shortage at the plant.  We were also notified by our dairy distributor that chocolate milk will not be available for purchase for the foreseeable future.

Parents may reach out to you related to this.  Feel free to share this information or provide them my contact info.
