Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians and Students:
Three Day WeekendJust a reminder that we do have a long three day weekend due to Labor Day falling on Monday. When we return on Tuesday we will have the following schedule: Tuesday ODD, Wednesday EVEN, Thursday ODD, Friday EVEN.
As you drop off and pick up students in the neighborhood on Albion please be mindful of the community and the people who live there. We’ve had reports of parents parking in driveways, parking in front of driveways and blocking them, dumping trash cans etc. Please treat this as you would like your home and neighborhood treated. Thank you.

Gifted and Talented Request:
We are in need of a parent representative to attend GTAC meetings this year. Would you please add this to your next newsletter?
"Are you interested in Gifted Education and looking for a community where you can connect and talk about the academic and social/emotional characteristics of gifted children like yours?! If so, you may be interested in representing our school on the Gifted and Talented Advisory Council (GTAC).
GTAC is one of the 9 LPS “Key Communicator Groups” since 1976. We play an important role in supporting gifted and talented services in LPS as well as keeping local schools abreast of research and best practices in the field.
The purpose of GTAC is to provide the District with a perspective on the education of gifted and talented students in the Littleton Public Schools from:
School parent representatives
School G/T facilitators
Elementary and secondary principal representatives
Community members
Education Services Center administrative representatives
Students
The council meets 5 times a year and this year they are planning a combination of both virtual and in-person meetings. The calendar is below. If you are interested or have more questions please contact Kevin Wood:
