As we go into the weekend here are a few bits of important information for you.
Please be sure to update your parent portal contact information. This can now be done from home.
Please check to be sure all addresses and phone numbers are correct. It is important that this
information is correct as this is the contact information that Newton and LPS uses for Alert Now
messages. After logging into your portal account, click on the “household information” link to verify or
change your information. If you don’t have a portal account please contact the main office at 303—247-
7900.
Knight time will begin on Monday, September 17th for all 7th and 8th grade students. Students will be
receiving their Knight Time assignments today in homeroom. Our 6th grade students will begin Knight
Time second quarter. The sixth grade students are currently engaged in WEB activities, life skills units
and getting acclimated to middle school.
Please note the attachment from the Salvation Army. They will be hosting an after school program, the
details are on the flyer.
I can’t believe that we are almost through our first month of school. We’ve had a smooth start. If you
